In this 6 Week adult sleep coaching program you will be working with a certified sleep coach.
Your coach will reach out to you to schedule your discovery session. In this session you will have the opportunity to talk about what sleep problems you have been having and your sleep coach will ask you a some questions to get an overall picture of what your life is like and your day to day routines.
From there your coach will offer some next steps that the two of you will decide and agree on. For the next week you will work on those steps.
Each week there will be a follow up to how your sleep was the previous week, any questions you will might have or issues you want to talk through, and then if ready try a few more techniques to improve your sleep more.
