There is a lot of information out there. Here at Build Better Sleep I have compiled that information along with my experiences with clients to create a 4 week program to walk you through rebuilding your sleep.
Many times in life an event happens that throws off our sleep. To manage during that time, new habits are formed that served us well at that moment, but now those same habits are working against you.
You will be walked through daily emails to address each section of your life that could be affecting you sleep. These include sleep environment, nutrition, home environment, stress management, movement, and circadian rhythms.
Along with the course, I will check in with you once a week to answer any questions and see how you are progressing.
